Meet Your Therapist

Erin Lennon, MMFT

Hello! I’m Erin, the heart behind Settled Counseling. With years of experience as a counselor in public schools and nonprofits, I’ve had the privilege of guiding many through their toughest times. My journey is also deeply personal as a girl mom to a tween, which has given me unique insights and a profound passion for working with adolescent girls, young women, and mothers.

If you’re struggling with self-worth, confidence, and anxiety, I want you to know you’re not alone. You don’t have to have it all figured out. Here, you will find a safe, non-anxious space to show up exactly as you are and begin the healing process.

  • “Erin really listened, offering kind, empathetic support along with practical advice. I wholeheartedly trust Erin- she’s been an incredible support and has truly made a difference in my family’s lives. I’d recommend her over and over again!”

    Stacy, Family Therapy

  • “I can confidently say that time spent with her in counseling will leave you feeling heard and encouraged. To sit down with Erin for a conversation about whatever is going on in your life is comfortable and inspiring. She asks sincere questions that propel you to dig into the true root of what is going on, while infusing her sweet sense of humor and joy that adds to the experience.”

    Emily, Individual Therapy

  • “Erin is top notch. Her special way of talking me through situations makes me feel seen and heard, and helps me manage my emotions.”

  • No. I am legally bound to only work with TN residents because that is where I am pursuing licensure.

  • I do!  There are only a handful of openings available and I often have a waitlist.  If you are in need of a sliding scale, please mention that in our consultation call and we can walk through that.

  • After you’ve completed the New Client paperwork, I will send you a HIPAA-compliant private PsychologyToday link to join our first session.

  • Settled Counseling is online only at this time

  • $100 for individual/family therapy

  • BA in Social Work from Trevecca Nazarene Univeristy and MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University.

  • Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers need to give patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items or services.

As a client, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs to medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. My services do not provide or include medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, or hospital fees.

Make sure your therapist gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your medical service or at the time of your appointment. You can also ask your therapist, and any other provider you choose for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (323) 609-9887.
